Challenge Six Point Bolt in Competition Cage
Made from Cold Drawn Seamless tubing (CDS),this six point competition cage is the finest in the world, made to the most exacting standards. Structures provide maximum compressive strength with the minimum possible bends so avoiding the weaknesses in sharp bends. Most cages are homologated and as such are not rendered illegal by the rule changes which affect cages manufactured without certification. Only FIA/ASN approved manufacturers may submit roll cage designs for homologation.

Challenge Multi Point Competition Cage
The ultimate bolt-in cage. The complete roll cage structure integrates with the inherent strength of the body shell for which it has been designed whilst at the same time compensating for its weaknesses. It is pinned by high tensile bolts to welded mountings on the screen pillar, screen rail, door pillars and cant rails in addition to the normal base mounts. Where necessary, front triangulation members are incorporated and the back stays arranged to transfer abnormal suspension shock loadings into the roll cage, thereby improving handling and increasing the life of the shell.

Challenge Weld in Cage
The ultimate roll cage. Full integral weld-in cages are used by professional and works teams. Weight saving can be achieved by using sophisticated steel alloys such as aircraft quality T45. The quality of the installation is critical in a weld-in cage, so the installer must be known to the 205 Challenge.

A top quality harness using 75mm shoulder straps and 50mm lap straps. Employs immensely strong aircraft-type quick release buckle. Machined from a solid piece of aerospace aluminium with stainless steel internal parts, this is the finest buckle you can buy.

Available as 4, 5 or 6 point to fit all standard saloon cars, comes complete with eye bolts and in seven colours. FIA homologated.

Challenge Roll Bar Padding
Roll bar padding in 2 specifications, polyurethane or Confor-foam. The moulded black polyurethane is in 920mm lengths and can be cut into 230mm sections. The Confor-foam is high impact, rate responsive foam as used in Formula One. In 600mm lengths.
